Western Kia customer service is excellent today well on my way to work I noticed that I had a flat tire and my rim was bent. I called Kia as soon as they opened to see what they can do for me as I was working until 8 pm. Fearing the worst because I know their service department isn't open on weekends, the customer service representative reassured me that they would figure something out. just a few hours later he called me back to let me know that they would be dropping off a loaner car and picking up my car to be fixed as I couldn't leave work to do so. Once again the customer service surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Western Kia!
